Boas & Yousif Holding ApS is the company BY GROUP is built on: it holds the shareholdings, carries the group’s capital, and is owned directly by the two founding partners — no layers, no external investors.
Its registered purpose is deliberately broad: possession of capital shares, and investment in securities and real property. That is the mandate the partners gave themselves in July 2023 when they decided to build something they intended to keep.
The holding runs no operations of its own. What it does is decide where the group’s capital goes next — and stay solid enough that the answer is never forced.
