Two names on the door.

It started with one person doing the work, and it grew the same way.

The first registration came in 2019 — a one-person design studio. The first operating company at scale, Sense Organics, followed in early 2023 and grew to 17 employees by 2025. By that summer the partners had founded Boas & Yousif Holding to hold what they were building — and to make the horizon explicit: this is a structure for keeping companies, not exiting them.

Property came next — apartments owned and operated in Copenhagen — then a parcel shop on Østerbro, then a property management company that turns the group’s own operating playbook into a service for external owners. Each company is small enough to run properly and real enough to matter: physical stores, physical buildings, physical counters, real customers.

The group takes on partners where they make the company better — an operations lead who co-owns the business he runs, agency partners with real equity. Ownership is how BY GROUP hires.
